Our Meeting Place
The Oakwoods Nature Center and the surrounding nature trails offer an “Up-North” escape in the heart of southeast Michigan. With over 350-acres of nature study area, exhibits highlighting local wildlife and history, and a 700-gallon turtle tank, the Center has everything you need to get away. Our friendly interpretive staff is always eager to answer any questions you may have; as well as, offer any advice for what’s new and exciting to see and do in the parks.
